ABM Design Project
Project Vision
The objective was to take ABM design from ProCash to ProFlex along with maintaining consistency. This required updating the flows following the new Scotiabank design guidelines and introducing new features, which lead to usability testing of some of the new flows/concepts/products that needed to be implemented in the new ABM design. MVPs such as credit card limit increase, overdraft protection, pre-approved credit card offer, NFC, marketing, single/dual denomination deposit flows, Enhanced personalization, Dual currency option and other ABM experiences were created, tested, and updated as a result in the following languages: English, French, Spanish, Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese.
The audio for ABM screens was also designed to better the experience for the visually impaired with headphones located at the ABM.
In this case study, I will elaborate on my design process and how my reasoning and thoughts behind the decision were evolved in this short sprint.
